We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff at the Chinese restaurant provided exceptional service as well. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and even when we arrived late one night, the waiters still treated us with great care and served us promptly until we finished our meal.

Frontdesk service and Chinese Restaurant service is good. Food in Chinese Restaurant is good. One night we arrive the restaurant late, the waiter ask us to order first , after that, they still serve us in good manner until we finished our meal.

The service in the Western Restaurant for buffet breakfast needs to improve. Too crowded and you have to find a table for yourself. The waitress at the door only ask you to pay the bill but never intend to find a table for you. The waiters never ask you "tea" or "coffee" nor remove the used plates.

Comfortable, great location, loved the view of the West Lake from the breakfast dining-room; breakfast was better than average; after an initial problem with finding the booking for one of the rooms (we had reserved two rooms) and a room with twin beds instead of a king, the staff quickly sorted out the problems.
